Close your Chipango Wallet account

This action is permanent

Deleting your account will close access to your Chipango Wallet account. This page works in a browser and does not require the mobile or user app. Nobody can delete an account by entering only an email address.

Pending withdrawals or other unfinished transactions must complete or fail before deletion can proceed.
Some transaction, financial, audit, or legally required records may be retained where necessary.

Removed from your profile

  • Login access, sessions, name, email, phone, address, and profile photo
  • Withdrawal PIN and two-factor secrets

Retained where required

  • Wallet ledgers, transaction history, and completed USDT payout records, including TXIDs
  • KYC or audit records that must be kept
